Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping applies to orders to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Belgium, unless otherwise stated. For deliveries to islands or remote areas, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees – these will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

 

2. Processing & Delivery Time

We require 1–5 business days to process your order. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after shipping. Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, transport delays, or force majeure. For pre-orders, the delivery time depends on manufacturer availability and will be stated separately.

 

3. Delivery Countries

We currently ship to:

• Germany
• Austria
• Netherlands
• Belgium

 

4. Dangerous Goods Shipping

Since our products contain lithium batteries and energy storage systems, shipping is carried out in accordance with applicable dangerous goods regulations (e.g., ADR, UN standards). Customers must ensure that their delivery address accepts dangerous goods. Shipping times for dangerous goods may be longer.

 

5. Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer at the point when the goods are handed over to the customer or to a third party designated by them (who is not the carrier) (§ 446 BGB). If delivery is made by a carrier or parcel service, the risk also only passes upon actual handover to the customer.

 

6. Incorrect Delivery / Discrepancies

Should you receive a different product or find that parts are missing, please contact our customer service immediately at support@marstek.de. We will arrange for replacement or return after consultation.

 

7. Language and Legal Validity

In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the German version shall prevail. Other language versions are for customer information purposes only.
